Lying right in the heart of Cardiff city centre, St David’s is just a short walk from Cardiff Central Bus/Coach station and Cardiff Central and Queen Street Rail Stations.

It’s easy to get here by car too with excellent links from the A470 and the M4.

For Sat Nav users, use CF10 2EQ to access the car park via Mary Ann Street (running between the CIA and Cineworld)

Information Desk

Come and chat to our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team. Our information desks are located outside Marks & Spencers and Disney Store.

Toilets

Our washroom facilities are comfortably located within our Eastside mall (near the food offer) on both the ground floor and first levels. The washrooms include changing facilities for families and adapted facilities for disabled users.
Opening hours are:
Monday – Saturday: 08:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs
Sunday: 10:30 hrs to 00:00 hrs

In addition to our washrooms in Eastside you will also find facilities within Queen Arcade (located opposite Soho Coffee) and external toilets (operating through the day) on Barrack Lane.

Lifts

All lifts within the centre have audio and brail support. Our lifts all connect the car park to the shopping centre, nicely situated in our Eastside mall (near our food offer).

Car Parking

Sitting above the centre is a 2,000 space contemporary 24-hour car parking facility, which for shoppers, will be one of the best priced places to park in the city centre. The car park is safe and secure with a 24 hour CCTV system monitoring the 6-storey facility and to ensure after a long-day shopping you don't forget on which level you've parked, our car park is colour coded, uses easy to read and re-call icons and each level is named after a Welsh river!

For the ultimate in car pampering while you shop, a car valet service is also available at the St David's car park.

A second car park of 550 spaces can be found underneath John Lewis. The same benefits apply, only from here you exit directly into the John Lewis department store!

Shopmobility:

St David's is also the new home of Shopmobility, Cardiff. You will find this service on P3 (first level of parking) of our new state-of-the-art car park facility.

Security, First Aid & Cleaning

From the minute you walk through our doors there will be people on hand and a range of services available to you to make sure your day at St. David's is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Our cleaners are continuously on-hand to ensure the centre is kept pristine, we hold a smoke free shopping policy, we have a large team of security guards on patrol, a 24-hour CCTV system and fully trained first-aiders ready to help when needed.

Shop n’ Drop

Let us take the strain for you after a long day shopping . . . simply drop off your shopping bags to our conveniently located FREE ‘Shop n’ Drop’ facility. We will take care of your items until you’re ready to collect them. We also offer a gift wrapping* service . . . so whilst you carry on shopping we make sure that your special gifts are beautifully wrapped and waiting for you.
