St David’s Dewi Sant is pleased to announce our adopted charities for this financial year are MENCAP and Noah's Ark Children Hospital Charity

Mencap, and its sister charity ENABLE Scotland, is St David's official national charity partner. At the heart of our joint campaign to encourage people ‘Looking Beyond the Label’ are Mencap’s Young Ambassadors; people between the age of 16 and 25 who have a learning disability. The Young Ambassadors will use their various talents and life experiences to help break down pre-conceptions of learning disability.

St David’s Cardiff has announced that Breast Cancer Care Cymru will be the official charity partner for 2015. The shopping centre will support the charity’s efforts in raising awareness and vital funds for people facing breast cancer through a variety of events during the year.

A shocking one in seven women in Wales will get breast cancer in their lifetime. It is the most common female cancer and Breast Cancer Care Cymru wants to be there for every one of them. Whilst other charities invest in finding a cure, Breast Cancer Care Cymru is there for people waking up to the harsh reality of breast cancer every day.
