Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant at Atrium Menswear, you’ll be the face of our brand — welcoming customers, providing expert styling advice, and delivering a seamless shopping experience. You’ll work closely with your team to achieve sales goals, maintain visual standards, and uphold the sophisticated atmosphere that defines Atrium Menswear.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to every customer.
- Greet, assist, and engage customers to build lasting relationships.
- Offer expert styling and product advice, reflecting the Atrium Menswear brand and tone.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Sales & Performance
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending products that suit their style and preferences.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently promote key collections and new arrivals.
Store Standards
- Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation to the highest standards.
- Ensure fitting rooms and sales floor are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support stock replenishment, ticketing, and product displays as needed.
Teamwork & Operations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, approachable, and well-presented with a genuine interest in men’s style.
- Strong sales drive and ability to work towards targets.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive team player.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods.
