Our Opportunity
As our OMEGA Showroom Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a charismatic and creative team to deliver in-store success. You will be instrumental in driving an exceptional selling and service culture along with being a role model for relationship building with our customers and the development of a client base. You will bring your passion and experience with world renowned luxury watch collections, along with excellent organisation and attention to detail skills. Our colleagues assist 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assist our Showroom Manager in generating sales and overseeing everyday activities in line with Laings business standards. Across managers periods of absence, step up to ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure all customer interactions are managed efficiently, are effective and solutions are always sought, to exceed customer expectations.
- Self-motivated you will drive and inspire your colleagues to ensure sales targets are met.
- Maintain a high standard of OMEGA watch display for windows, showroom interior and exterior ensuring others follow suit.
- Regular stock inspection and organising immediate replenishment of best-selling key lines by liaising with our Head Office team.
- Maintain regular communication with Directors, Managers, team members and colleagues in all stores.
- Ensure all colleagues and the boutique are consistently safe and secure, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Enthusiastically undertake training to increase product knowledge, as arranged and requested.
Attributes & Experience:
- Must possess a passion and enthusiasm for luxury timepieces, especially for the TAG Heuer Brand.
- Previous experience in a supervisory position will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to appropriately influence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and follow through on diverse responsibilities.
- A supportive team contributor also able to take own initiative.
- Can take responsibility for own actions and performance as well as team members.
- Demonstrable ability to develop and motivate team colleagues.
- Hold sound commercial awareness with strong analytical skills.
- Assist with the professional development of colleagues.
