As a Cash Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the store. You will oversee various operational activities, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. A key aspect of your role will be coaching and developing beauty advisors operations, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold operational standards. Your primary goal will be to maintain high cash operational standards while fostering a collaborative, motivated team environment.
