As summer heats up, The Ivy Collection is serving up an exciting lineup of new menu items. From a pioneering new rosé drinks menu and exclusive Wimbledon-themed dessert, to a vibrant seasonal menu inspired by global flavours, The Ivy promises a summer full of indulgence and style.
New Rosé Drinks Menu
Just in time for International Rosé Day, The Ivy has partnered with Whispering Angel and Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne to launch a fresh drinks menu celebrating everything pink, crisp, and refreshing. Explore a curated selection of classic rosés alongside playful rosé-based cocktails, all served with The Ivy’s signature flair.
This season’s innovation? A first-of-its-kind digital rosé shade menu, allowing guests to choose their wine by colour, from delicate blush tones to bold hues, inspired by shifting wine-drinking habits. The menu is now live online, making it easier than ever to find your perfect pour.
To mark International Rosé Day, diners will receive a complimentary glass of The Ivy Rosé Cuvée, an exclusive new blend crafted from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Bacchus grapes in Kent, specially made for summer. Pre-booking is essential via The Ivy’s website.
Fresh Flavours
This summer, The Ivy invites you on a culinary adventure with a new seasonal menu showcasing the freshest, boldest summer flavours inspired by global cuisines.
Highlights include starters such as Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad and Duck Liver Parfait, mains featuring Monkfish and Prawn Keralan Curry, Gochujang Glazed Aubergine Salad, and Crab and Queen Scallop Nero Linguine, and indulgent desserts like Strawberry and Elderflower Trifle and Vanilla and White Chocolate Cheesecake.
Additionally, a rotating selection of monthly summer specials will keep the menu fresh and exciting throughout the season.
Wimbledon Win’s
Celebrating the iconic Wimbledon Championships, The Ivy Collection’s restaurants nationwide are offering a limited-edition dessert that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. The Centre Court Melting Bombe, a playful twist on strawberries and cream, features a white chocolate shell filled with milk foam, fresh strawberries, shortbread, vanilla ice cream, and a luscious strawberry sauce.
While the dessert is crafted to resemble a traditional green tennis ball, some lucky guests will receive a rare pink version. Those fortunate diners will be entered into a draw to win an exclusive Men’s Singles Final viewing party in one of The Ivy’s private dining rooms, complete with free-flowing Whispering Angel Rosé and lunch for up to ten guests. The Centre Court Melting Bombe is available from June 30th to July 13th.
