Getting ready to run the Diff? The Cardiff Half Marathon returns on Sunday 4th October 2026, bringing thousands of runners and supporters together for one of the biggest dates in Cardiff’s sporting calendar.
If you’re participating, come and see your name on the giant runners’ name wall! Crossed the finish line? Keep that medal close. Selected restaurants, cafés and stores are celebrating Cardiff Half Marathon finishers with exclusive treats and offers. Read on to see what's on offer!
Find your name on The Start List
From 14th September to 5th October, St David’s will be home to The Start List for the very first time, featuring the names of every Cardiff Half Marathon participant.
Spot your name on the runners’ wall, snap a photo, and share it on social, tagging @stdavidscardiff so we can see your race-day moment.

Medal earned? Now for the rewards
Kin + Ilk
Time for a post-run pick-me-up. Show your Cardiff Half Marathon medal at Kin + Ilk on Sunday 4th October and enjoy a free barista-made drink.

Wagamama
Kick off race weekend with a carb-load and a little creativity. Head to Wagamama Cardiff Library on Thursday 1st October, 4pm–7pm, to screen print your own Cardiff Half Marathon-inspired tote bag. Plus, the first 50 people will receive a free juice and 20% off food.
Then, once you’ve crossed the finish line, bring your medal back on Sunday 4th or Monday 5th October to enjoy a free regular fresh juice or portion of gyoza. Now that’s a race week well spent.

Worked up an appetite? Head to Banana Tree on Sunday 4th or Monday 5th October and show your medal to claim one free main meal, when accompanied by another adult ordering from the all-day menu.
