As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and uphold the Atrium standard of excellence.

Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of Atrium Menswear. This includes driving sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for men’s fashion, strong business acumen, and a track record of retail success.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals.
• Foster a positive, motivated, and performance-driven team culture.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide a personalised shopping experience for every customer, embodying the Atrium Menswear brand values.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Store Operations

• Oversee all store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
• Manage stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate merchandising and product presentation.

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the store is consistently merchandised to reflect brand standards and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with head office or visual teams to implement display updates and campaigns.

Business Performance

• Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
• Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and conversion rates.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and payroll efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, preferably in fashion or menswear.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Passion for men’s fashion, trends, and styling.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods.
