As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional retail experience.

The Suits Specialist role will entail overseeing employees, knowledge in tailoring suits, building a rapport with clients, selling menswear and having a keen eye within the fashion industry.

Key responsibilities:

• To provide excellent levels of customer service and to surpass customer expectations at every opportunity
• To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators within the Specialist area
• To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions
• Support the management team in seeking new ways to create an exciting selling environment
• Build on selling skills by utilising tools provided

Required:

• Demonstrated experience in retail sales
• Experience within the specialist area for which you are applying
• Demonstrates an ability to lead, motivate and train
