We are now seeking a motivated and style-conscious Store Supervisor to help lead our in-store team and uphold the Atrium Menswear standard of excellence.

Role Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth running during shifts, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor — inspiring the team, driving sales, maintaining brand presentation, and ensuring every customer receives the level of service Atrium is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Support the Store and Assistant Managers in supervising the sales team during shifts.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-floor training to team members.
• Act as the senior point of contact in the absence of management.

Customer Experience

• Deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience for every customer.
• Lead by example in offering styling advice and product recommendations.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner.

Sales & Performance

• Drive sales by engaging customers and maximising conversion opportunities.
• Support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
• Maintain awareness of store and individual KPIs.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Assist with stock control, visual merchandising, and floor replenishment.
• Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized, and reflective of the brand’s image.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

Visual Merchandising

• Support the setup of displays and merchandising layouts to reflect seasonal trends and Atrium Menswear’s refined aesthetic.
• Ensure products are well-presented, sized correctly, and attractively displayed.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience (1–2 years), ideally in fashion or menswear.
• Proven ability to take on leadership or keyholder responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales focus and customer service mindset.
• Well-groomed and fashion-conscious with an interest in men’s style.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
