Cosy flavours, Mexican style
Wahaca are welcoming the new year with a menu of January-only food and drink specials, perfect for Veganuary, Dry January and cosy winter dining.
New seasonal dishes include the Caramelised Veg & Macadamia Tacos, a fully plant-based option packed with roasted vegetables and rich macadamia nut mole, and the Slow-Cooked Pork Pozole, a warming Mexican soup made with clear bone broth, tender pork, white corn and fresh toppings.
Their January drinks menu introduces a Mini Non-Alc Cocktail Trio, featuring three alcohol-free serves, alongside the Lucky Saint Michelada, a bold 0.5% lager-based twist on a Bloody Mary. For those not skipping alcohol, Wahaca have also launched the Rhubarbarita, a limited-edition seasonal margarita made with fresh rhubarb.
Together, the new dishes and drinks offer a comforting, flavour-led way to ease into 2026 the Mexican way.
