Each dish is designed to awaken the senses, featuring vibrant spring flavours.
Start with Whiskey Barrel Wood Smoked Salmon or Spicy Jackfruit and Roasted Peanut Bang Bang Salad as a delicious plant-based option.
For the main event, look to Monkfish and Prawn Keralan Curry or Oven-baked Sea Bream, along with timeless favourites including Sirloin Fillet Steaks and The Ivy Burger.
