Our mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available to hire during the following times:
- Monday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm
- Sunday: 11am – 4pm
To request a mobility scooter or wheelchair, please complete the form below with your preferred date and time. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for bookings.
Once you’ve submitted your request, our Guest Services Team will be in touch to confirm availability. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee a booking.

Terms & conditions
I agree to the following:
- Not to leave the vehicle unattended unless safely parked and locked with the keys taken out of the ignition
- To ensure that the vehicle is used with due care and attention
- Not to carry others whilst the vehicle is in my care
- To return the vehicle in good condition at the time agreed
- To reverse and manoeuvre around the centre with due care and attention
- To acknowledge that vehicles do not have the right of way
- That I have been instructed in the safe use of the vehicle
- That I accept responsibility for my own safety and belongings
- That the powered vehicles are switched off when not in use
- That I have not been diagnosed as suffering from any condition that would prevent me from operating the powered vehicles
- I acknowledge that I am not to remove the above property from St David’s and that the equipment will only be used within the St David’s Complex
- I acknowledge this document will be retained by St David’s Guest Services Team on the day of use and will not be used for any marketing purposes
- These powered vehicles should not be used under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
- In the event of any damage being caused whilst using the equipment, I accept that I am liable for any financial loss caused by my actions
- Guests using these facilities are able to get in and out of the equipment unassisted- please note we are unable of offer assistance getting in/out of vehicles or equipment
- I agree to return the mobility equipment at the end of the pre-agreed time
- I agree that the equipment I have selected meets my requirements and is appropriate for my needs or disability
The information entered into this form is collected to ensure that we provide the shopmobility service that best meets your requirements. Where you have provided this information, this data will be safeguarded and deleted after it is no longer required – usually once you have finished using our Shopmobility service.
